David Girard

David is internationally experienced in academic placement and has successfully placed thousands of students at Universities and Colleges across the world. Families have found great success and comfort in working with David as he works tirelessly with the Beck’s Ed team to help students achieve their collegiate goals.

David holds an undergraduate degree from the University of Buffalo where he also played hockey, and a Master of Science in Sports Studies, Coaching Behavior from Miami University (Ohio) where he started his coaching career. Before joining the Beck’s Ed team, David rooted himself at the prestigious Culver Academies for two decades as a hockey coach, counselor and college advisor.

Additionally, David works with students and families at an elite private school in Las Vegas, while also enjoying the success of his recently published coming of age novel, “Passing Through the Gate.”
